The Atlanta Print Biennial is back this year at Kai Lin Art in Atlanta, GA. The show opened last Friday, but for anyone who missed it, the biennial will run through April 14th. My hound and hare print is displayed alongside 70+ prints in a beautifully hung show at the gallery. If you're in Atlanta be sure to check it out.
It's that time of year again! The 2017 SGCI Conference: "Arrivals and Departures," is quickly approaching this year in Atlanta. I will be sharing a booth with fellow artist, Raeleen Kao during the Publisher's Fair at the conference. We are booth #44 in the Overlook Room at the Loews hotel in downtown Atlanta, GA. The fair is on Thursday and Friday, March 16 and 17th, and open from 9am-6pm both days. As well as the Publisher's fair, there is a printmaking goods Vendor's fair as well as numerous printmaking workshops, gallery shows, and lectures going on all weekend. I am honored to be a part of this show, "Urbs in Horto," (Latin for "City in a Garden"), at Galerie F which opens tomorrow night from 6-10pm. Join myself and my fellow printmakers of Chicago in celebrating 180 years since the incorporation of this great city. Super psyched to get out of the cold Chicago weather next weekend and head on down to Austin, Texas for this year's installment of Print Expo! Held in conjunction with PrintAustin, Print Expo is hosting 30+ artists in the vendor fair as well as a steamroller printing event. The expo takes place at the Museum of Human Achievement, located in East Austin at 916 Springdale Road. So please join us from 12-5pm next Saturday, February 11th and check out work by other purveyors of prints such as The Amazing Hancock Brothers, Cannonball Press, Burning Bones Press, Carlos Hernandez, Tom Huck's Evil Prints, Fatherless Collective, and many many more.

The show is from 1-6pm this afternoon at the Rouge Space in Chelsea. All proceeds go to the Standing Rock Indian Reservation and the Standing Rock Medic and Healer Council in the fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline. It is their annual Mini Show, and I have created a little bullfrog for the show. A handful of my other prints will be available for sale as well. I am super excited to be a vendor this year at Sideshow Gallery's Bizarre Bazaar. This Thursday from 6-10pm I will be selling the usual fare: prints, stickers, and t-shirts. I also have a new set of notecards for sale that will be available exclusively on Thursday.
I will be alongside other vendors Iron Heritage, Pajaro Negro, Chantal Johnson, Ghost Eyes, Jay Krevens, Secret Society Apothecary, and Frog Juice. From jewelry, plants, and apothecary, to pins, patches, and everything in between, it's sure to be a great night with a little bit of everything. Snacks and drinks will be provided. RSVP to the event here. Come out this weekend to the Chicago Printmakers Collaborative Small Print Show and Holiday Sale! I have 3 prints on view alongside 100+ more prints from a number of local, national, and international printmakers. Now is your chance to get some holiday shopping done and check out some amazing prints while you're at it. Stop by the grand opening party Saturday, December 3rd and Sunday, December 4th from 11-7pm. There will be snacks and refreshments. If you can't make it this weekend, no worries, the show runs through February 4th.
RSVP to the event on Facebook here! This Saturday, November 19th, from 12-8pm I will be a vendor at the Chicago Printers Guild 1st Annual Publisher's Fair. The fair takes place at Elastic Arts in Logan Square, where over 35 local printmakers will be showing prints and talking about their work. I will be exhibiting mostly brand new work that I have made within the past few months. I am excited to be a part of this brand new event and I hope to see you there!
